Comal ISD trustees updated on progress of new, future schools

Comal ISD Chief Operations Officer Malcolm Mulroney gave an update on construction and the district’s 2021 and 2023 bonds at the board of trustees meeting Thursday night.

In November 2021, voters approved $411.3 million in bonds to include the construction of two elementary schools and a middle school. They also included the Hill Country College Prep High School replacement campus, safety and security improvements, and reinvestment and infrastructure projects.
