Recently, I have had several requests for my Limoncello Cheesecake recipe. I serve this regularly on Wednesday evenings when we offer Italian cuisine dinner, and it has been very popular.
Today’s cheesecakes are baked custards similar to a crème brûlée, but with a pastry base and the addition of a soft cheese such as ricotta, mascarpone or cream cheese. They are often baked in a hinged spring form pan in a water bath.
